On the faithful day of 13 March 2022, on our normal meeting gave birth to “Easter 2024”, by suggestion from Emilia Osei and Vide Owusu. The suggestion received a unanimous acceptance. Other suggestions emerged that the trip should not be just a merry making but have significant impact on the Kwahu ridge in substance. This was envisaged by Patron Abnakwah Bediako.

17 July 2022, a planning committee was formed in the membership of Simpey Boateng, Kwasi Manija, Angela Amponsah, Victoria Dankyi and Charles Asumadu.

21 May 2023, a T-shirt concept was put in place by Pricilla Akuamoah and was excuted by her able leadership.

Patron Anim voluntarily offered his house both in Danteng -Kwahu and Mpraeso-Kwahu at the disposal of the Association to make the Easter 2024 a succes story for those who may encounter accommodation problem while holidaying.

On March 2024, members who paid their 100 euros commitment fee, bought their air flight ticket and emplaned to Ghana. They were also funded by the Association for a three day feeding while “home away from home” was envisaged.

The Kwahuman Association of Netherlands sponsored the food, drinks and travel in Ghana for all members who joined the Easter 2024 trip.
